Welcome to RepSeq

RepSeq is a facility for detecting and analysing the occurence of
amino acid repeat-containing proteins within sequenced proteomes

Full details of RepSeq can be found in the RepSeq guide section

Please note: Repseq should now be fully operational. Various changes will be implemented throughout September and October but full functionality should be retained

Select repeat types to display:

Sequence Repeat Regions (SRRs)
Please enter minimum number of repeats (min=2)

Tandem Repeats (TRs)
Please enter minimum number of repeats (min=3)

Single Amino Acid Repeats (SAARs)
Please enter minimum number of repeats (min=6)

Default values represent optimised settings for Trypanosomatids
